icworkspace Prelaunch Website Terms
1. What these terms cover
These Prelaunch Website Terms apply to your use of the public icworkspace website and to joining the icworkspace waiting list. They cover only:
- use of the public website;
- waiting-list registration;
- email verification;
- optional marketing consent;
- prelaunch communications; and
- website analytics and security.
They are an interim document for a limited waiting list. They are not the icworkspace marketplace agreement and will not be reused as one. Separate, counsel-reviewed terms will govern the marketplace before it opens.
2. What icworkspace does not currently provide
icworkspace is in development. As of the effective date above, icworkspace does not provide any of the following, and nothing on this website should be read as offering them:
- Marketplace accounts
- Published work orders
- Contractor applications or assignments
- Binding negotiations or agreements
- Payments or payouts
- Live meetings
- Guaranteed launch access, work, earnings, or company participation
Joining the waiting list creates no account, no application, no assignment, and no agreement. It does not reserve a place, and it does not guarantee that you will be invited, accepted, offered work, or paid anything. Planned features, fees, dates, and policies described anywhere on this website may change or may not ship at all.
3. Who icworkspace is for
icworkspace connects companies with independent professionals who operate their own businesses—from one-day assignments to ongoing service contracts.
Whether you deliver packages, repair networks, advise businesses, practice a licensed profession, manage projects, or provide specialized expertise, icworkspace helps you present your experience, document your qualifications, understand the economics, and connect with companies seeking independent professionals.
icworkspace does not list W-2 employment or staffing-agency positions. Every opportunity must be structured as a legitimate independent-contractor engagement. If a company posts an opportunity that is in substance a W-2 job or a staffing-agency placement — for example, one that sets your hours, requires you to work exclusively for that company, supervises how you do the work, or offers employee benefits — it does not belong on icworkspace and may be removed.
icworkspace does not promise available work, specific earnings, professional authorization, or transaction access. Registering with icworkspace is not authorization to practice. It does not grant, verify, renew, or substitute for any license, certification, registration, or permit your profession requires, and it does not guarantee marketplace access. You remain solely responsible for holding every credential your profession and jurisdiction require.
4. Not an offer
Nothing on this website is an offer, a solicitation, an inducement, investment or business advice, professional or legal advice, or a promise of any service, payment, payout, employment, engagement, or result. Descriptions of how icworkspace is intended to work are statements of current plans only.
5. Eligibility — you must be 18 or older
The website and the waiting list are intended for adults. You may use this website and join the waiting list only if you are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18; if we learn that we have, we will delete it.
6. Using the website
Please use the website lawfully and in good faith. You agree not to:
- submit an email address that is not yours or that you are not authorized to use;
- submit false, misleading, or automated signups, or attempt to flood or scrape the waiting list;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, its systems, its data, or any non-public environment;
- interfere with, disrupt, probe, or overload the website or its security controls; or
- copy, republish, or commercially reuse the website's content, brand, or design without written permission.
We may rate-limit, refuse, or remove any signup, and we may suspend access to the website, to protect its integrity.
7. The waiting list
Joining the waiting list means we keep your email address and your recorded consent so that we can tell you when icworkspace opens. Acknowledging these Terms and the Privacy Notice is required to join. Promotional-marketing consent is separate, optional, and off by default — declining it does not affect your place on the waiting list.
You may ask to be removed at any time by emailing contact@ramsford.ai. See the Prelaunch Privacy Notice for what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted.
8. Intellectual property
The icworkspace name, logo, brand, copy, and design on this website are owned by Johnson AI Consulting. These Terms grant you no license to them beyond viewing the website.
9. The website is provided "as is"
This is a prelaunch website. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete, current, or accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Johnson AI Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity, arising out of your use of this prelaunch website or the waiting list.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or any right you have under applicable consumer or data-protection law.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Each version carries a version number and an effective date at the top of this page. If we make a material change, we will publish a new version and, where it affects consent we have already recorded, ask again rather than assume it. Because these are interim prelaunch terms, they will be replaced in full before the marketplace opens.
