Whether you deliver packages, repair networks, advise businesses, practice a licensed profession, manage projects, or provide specialized expertise, icworkspace helps you present your experience, document your qualifications, understand the economics, and connect with companies seeking independent professionals.
icworkspace does not list W-2 employment or staffing-agency positions. Every opportunity must be structured as a legitimate independent-contractor engagement.
icworkspace does not promise available work, specific earnings, professional authorization, or transaction access.
icworkspace launches October 1, 2026. Join the waiting list now and be among the first companies and contractor professionals invited to complete their accounts.
Joining the waiting list does not create an account. No work orders, assignments, contracts, meetings, or payments are available before launch.
How it works
Companies post clearly-scoped work; contractors see the real net-pay picture before they accept. Every assigned order gets a persistent work room to run the job.
A company posts a clearly-scoped independent-contractor engagement — a one-day assignment, a project, recurring work, or an ongoing service contract. AI can help draft the scope and flag missing details — it never publishes an order without company approval.
Contractors are surfaced by fit, with the reasoning shown. Estimated travel and net pay are disclosed before anyone commits — no hidden lead fees.
The company and the contractor agree and contract directly. icworkspace is a neutral platform — it does not employ, supervise, or represent either party.
A persistent room per order: chat, files and photos, scope and change-order history, check-in and completion records — built to work on a phone in the field.
One review each, tied to completed orders, sealed until both submit or the window closes. No pay-to-win reputation and no rewriting or suppressing honest ratings.
A neutral marketplace
The company and contractor contract directly. icworkspace does not employ, supervise, represent, or control either party, and does not decide disputes between them.
We preserve records and enforce published fraud, safety, privacy, and content rules the same way for everyone. Access enforcement is kept separate from the merits of any dispute.
For disputes, parties use their payment provider's procedures, the courts, or a neutral they mutually select. We don't sit in judgment of who was right.
Payments
icworkspace does not process payments during this launch phase. Companies and contractors contract directly and independently arrange compensation outside the platform. icworkspace does not hold, verify, protect, refund, or guarantee those funds.
Pricing is not published yet. It will be published before transactions open.
AI with boundaries
AI helps people work faster and understand their options. Material recommendations are explainable, auditable, correctable, and human-approved.
Built on trust
Identity and business verification, with a clear distinction between self-reported, platform-verified, third-party, and legally-required credentials. We never manufacture qualifications.
Role-based access, MFA, and fraud and account-compromise protection, with audit records for payments, ratings, permissions, and AI actions.
Keyboard, screen-reader, contrast, and touch accessibility — and critical field actions that stay usable on small screens and weak connections.
Questions
icworkspace connects companies with independent professionals who operate their own businesses—from one-day assignments to ongoing service contracts.
Whether you deliver packages, repair networks, advise businesses, practice a licensed profession, manage projects, or provide specialized expertise, icworkspace helps you present your experience, document your qualifications, understand the economics, and connect with companies seeking independent professionals.
There is no shortlist of “approved” trades. The platform is built around a general occupation taxonomy, so couriers, technicians, physicians, attorneys, accountants, skilled tradespeople, project managers, consultants, and creative professionals are all described in the same structure.
icworkspace does not list W-2 employment or staffing-agency positions. Every opportunity must be structured as a legitimate independent-contractor engagement.
If you are looking for a W-2 job with an employer, a staffing-agency placement, or a temp-to-hire arrangement, icworkspace is not the right platform. Everything here is structured as a business-to-business engagement between two independent parties who contract directly.
icworkspace does not promise available work, specific earnings, professional authorization, or transaction access.
We cannot tell you that work will be available in your profession or your area, and we do not publish income figures, averages, or projections. Whether anyone engages you, and on what terms, is between you and that company.
Registering with icworkspace is not authorization to practice. It does not grant, verify, renew, or substitute for any license, certification, registration, or permit your profession requires, and it does not guarantee marketplace access. You remain solely responsible for holding every credential your profession and jurisdiction require.
Regulated professions carry additional controls. For those professions, preparing a profile is permitted, but appearing in search and transacting stay switched off until that profession has separately passed classification, credential and jurisdiction, licensing, insurance, privacy and security, payment, terms, operational-support, and — where required — counsel review. Registering does not start that review and does not shorten it.
No. A legitimate sole proprietor may participate. What matters is that you genuinely operate your own business and that the engagement is genuinely an independent-contractor engagement. Your self-attestation permits you to prepare a profile; it does not establish your legal classification, and it is not tax or legal advice.
It does not belong on icworkspace. Postings that set your hours, require exclusivity, supervise how you perform the work, or offer employee benefits are employee-style listings, and they may be rejected or removed. Companies attest to the independent-contractor structure of what they post.
