Prelaunch website and waiting list only. This document is an interim prelaunch document. It has not been reviewed by legal counsel and is not final, comprehensive, or applicable to marketplace transactions. It does not govern any marketplace account, work order, agreement, payment, or payout, and it is not the icworkspace marketplace agreement.

1. Scope of this notice

This Prelaunch Privacy Notice explains what information the public icworkspace website and the icworkspace waiting list collect, why, and what you can do about it. It covers the public website, waiting-list registration, email verification, optional marketing consent, prelaunch communications, and website security.

It does not cover marketplace accounts, résumé or credential uploads, contractor matching, work orders, agreements, payments, ratings, or ratings data — none of which exist for the public today. Those will be covered by a separate, counsel-reviewed notice before they are activated.

Everything described below is limited to what is actually built. We do not describe a practice we have not implemented. Where something is not yet implemented, this notice says so plainly.

2. What we collect, and why

The only thing we ask you for is an email address. Everything else in this table is recorded automatically as part of your submission so that we have an accurate record of your consent and can keep the form from being abused.

WhatWhy we collect itRequired?
Email addressTo tell you when icworkspace opens, and to send the emails you agreed to receive.Required to join
Your acknowledgment of these documents — your selection, the exact consent wording shown to you, and the document versionsTo keep a truthful record of what you agreed to and when.Required to join
Your promotional-marketing choice — your selection, the exact wording shown, and the versionTo honor your marketing preference and prove it was separately and freely given.Optional, off by default
Timestamp of your submissionTo date the consent record.Automatic
Source page — the page you signed up fromTo record the context in which consent was given.Automatic
Email-verification statusTo record whether the address has been confirmed. Today this is recorded as unverified for every signup — see section 4.Automatic
A salted, irreversible hash of your IP addressAbuse prevention and rate limiting only. We do not store your raw IP address in the waiting-list records.Automatic
Your browser's user-agent stringAbuse detection and diagnosing form problems.Automatic

We do not ask for, and the waiting list does not store, your name, phone number, postal address, date of birth, government identifiers, payment details, résumé, work history, licenses, certificates, or insurance documents.

3. Cookies, analytics, and tracking

This prelaunch website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics product, no advertising or conversion pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting, and no third-party tracking scripts. It loads no third-party assets, so no third party receives your visit through this site. There is nothing to opt out of, because none of it is running.

Our hosting providers (section 5) necessarily process ordinary technical request data — such as IP address, user agent, and timestamps — to deliver pages and to protect the site against attack and abuse. That is infrastructure logging, not marketing analytics.

If we later add analytics, we will update this notice and its version before turning it on.

4. Emails

As of the effective date above, no email is sent from the waiting list at all. No email provider is connected to it. This is why every record's email-verification status currently reads unverified — we have not sent you anything to verify. We would rather say this plainly than describe a mailing program we have not built.

When we do begin sending, it will work like this, and this notice will be updated and re-versioned first:

You can withdraw marketing consent at any time by emailing contact@ramsford.ai, without giving a reason.

5. Who processes this information

Your information is handled by Johnson AI Consulting personnel who need it, and by the service providers below, which act on our instructions:

ProviderWhat they do for us
Namecheap (shared web hosting and domain services)Hosts the public marketing pages and these documents; provides domain and TLS certificate services.
Cloudflare (Workers and D1)Runs the waiting-list form endpoint and stores the waiting-list records; provides network delivery, TLS, and protection against attack and abuse.

That is the complete list. There is no email provider, no analytics provider, no advertising network, no data broker, and no CRM connected to this waiting list.

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or where necessary to investigate suspected fraud or abuse or to protect people's safety or our legal rights.

6. We do not sell your information, and we do not train AI on it

7. How long we keep it, and deletion

We keep your waiting-list record until whichever comes first: icworkspace launches and your invitation has been handled, or you ask us to delete it. If icworkspace does not launch, we delete the waiting list.

Rate-limiting records — which contain only a salted IP hash and a timestamp, never your email — are kept only to make abuse controls work and are deleted when no longer needed for that purpose.

Deletion requests are carried out by a person, by hand, rather than by a self-service button. We act on them within 30 days of receiving them and will confirm when it is done.

8. Your choices

Email contact@ramsford.ai from the address you signed up with, and you can:

We respond within 30 days. We do not charge for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law and the right to complain to your data-protection authority.

9. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect this information: all pages and form submissions are served over HTTPS/TLS; the waiting list is stored in a dedicated database that is separate from every other icworkspace system and contains no accounts or marketplace data; your IP address is stored only as a salted, irreversible hash; access to the stored records is limited to authorized Johnson AI Consulting personnel; and the form is protected by rate limiting and automated-submission controls.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. We do not claim otherwise.

10. Minimum age

This website and the waiting list are intended only for people 18 or older. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email contact@ramsford.ai and we will delete it.

11. Where information is handled

Our providers operate infrastructure in the United States and, in Cloudflare's case, on a global network, so your information may be processed outside the country you live in.

12. Changes to this notice

If we change what we collect or what we do with it, we will publish an updated notice with a new version number and effective date before the change takes effect. Where a change materially affects consent we already recorded, we will ask you again rather than rely on the old record.

13. Governing law

Governing law: State of Nebraska, United States.

Published postal address: [coming soon].
